Same Kind of Different As Me: A Modern-Day Slave, an International Art Dealer, and the Unlikely Woman Who Bound Them Together (2008)

Hands down, one of the best books I’ve ever read. This book will bring out your emotions–happy and sad.

It’s a very easy to read story of a homeless man who became friends with a rich man. It tells of their life together. It’s written in their own words, so Denver’s words sound like him – an old, southern African American; Ron’s side is in his own words.
